We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel an order, contact Fragrance Musk as soon as possible.

Cancellation Before Processing

A cancellation request may be considered if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.

Cancellation is not guaranteed once an order has entered processing, has been prepared for dispatch, or has been handed to a delivery provider.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Any applicable remedy will be determined in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy and applicable law.

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers should contact us as soon as possible if they need to request cancellation.

Repeated refusal to accept confirmed COD orders may affect the customer's eligibility for future COD purchases.
