RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We want every Fragrance Musk customer to receive the product they ordered in good condition.

1. General Policy

Our products are generally sold on a final-sale basis.

We do not offer refunds solely because a customer has changed their mind, selected the wrong fragrance, or no longer wants the product after purchase, except where required by applicable law.

2. Incorrect or Damaged Products

If you receive:

  • a product different from the one you ordered;
  • a product that arrives damaged; or
  • a product with a material defect,

please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

Please provide:

  • your order number;
  • your name;
  • your contact information;
  • a description of the issue;
  • clear photographs or other evidence where appropriate.

We may request additional information to assess the issue.

3. Assessment

Each reported issue will be reviewed based on the circumstances of the order.

Where an error or qualifying product issue is confirmed, Fragrance Musk may, subject to applicable law and availability:

  • replace the affected product;
  • provide another appropriate remedy; or
  • issue a refund where appropriate.

4. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, the method and timing of the refund may depend on the original payment method and the relevant payment provider.

We will communicate the applicable refund process after the request has been assessed.

5. Products That Have Been Opened or Used

For hygiene, authenticity, and product-integrity reasons, we may be unable to accept returns of products that have been opened, used, altered, or damaged after delivery, except where the law requires otherwise or the product itself was defective or incorrectly supplied.

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers should verify their order information before completing checkout, including:

  • product selection;
  • quantity;
  • delivery address;
  • telephone number;
  • payment details where applicable.

Errors caused by information supplied incorrectly by the customer may not qualify for a refund.
