An order is not necessarily considered final until it has been successfully processed and confirmed by Fragrance Musk.

We do not request or store your full card PIN, ATM PIN, or other sensitive banking credentials through our website.

8. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for eligible orders and locations.
COD is not available for every order.
Orders above ₦200,000 are not eligible for Cash on Delivery unless Fragrance Musk expressly confirms otherwise.
We reserve the right to decline COD orders where necessary.
9. Delivery
Delivery is available according to the locations and delivery options presented during checkout.
Our current delivery estimates are:
- Port Harcourt: ₦2,500, approximately 1–2 business days
- Lagos: ₦5,000, approximately 3–5 business days
- Abuja: ₦7,000, approximately 3–5 business days
- Other locations: ₦9,000, approximately 3–7 business days
Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
Delays may occur due to circumstances including courier delays, traffic, weather, public holidays, incorrect delivery information, security conditions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
10. Delivery Address
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and reachable contact information.
Fragrance Musk is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible delivery information supplied by the customer.
11. Store Pickup
Where available, customers may choose store pickup.

Customers should wait for confirmation that their order is ready before visiting for collection.
12. Returns and Refunds
Unless otherwise stated by Fragrance Musk or required by applicable law, purchases are final and we do not offer refunds simply because a customer changes their mind after purchase.
Where a product is received damaged, incorrect, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, customers should contact us promptly after delivery.
Any approved remedy will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy and applicable law.
